Job summary

Bocar US in Tanner, AL seeks a skilled technician to support CNC machining operations. You will set up machines, read blueprints, handle tool offsets, and troubleshoot issues to keep production flowing. Training is provided for fixture changes and NC programming concepts.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and accuracy. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to 5S standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment; a technical high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a technician role in manufacturing.
• Able to read blueprints and communicate clearly.
• Willing to learn fixture changes and NC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve manufacturing issues.
• Perform fixture changes (training provided).

Impact of this role and key deliverables

• Trouble shooting/ problem solving
• Fixture changes ( will be trained)
• CNC set up

• Fully support and comply with all Bocar Group 5S and safety programs/initiatives.
  Minimum Requirements
• At least two years of relevant experience in a technician role in a manufacturing operation capacity.
• Coordination and organizing abilities required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with company employees, vendors, contractors, and all levels of management.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school and Technical career desirable
