Job Overview

Bocar US has an exciting opportunity for a CNC Technician. The technician will perform setup/changeovers on 5-axis horizontal mills, load/unload tools, change out fixtures, run the NC program, remain at the machine assisting until first piece verification, help with any issues, and stage tooling for each job—including loading the tools with heat‑shrink equipment, balancing, and pre‑setting the length.

• Pre‑setter experience
• CNC controls (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, Mazatrol)
• Fully support and comply with all Bocar Group 5S and safety programs/initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience in a technician role in a manufacturing operation capacity
• Coordination and organizing abilities required
• Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with company employees, vendors, contractors, and all levels of management
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High school and Technical career desirable
