Job description

Bocar US has an exciting opportunity for a CNC Technician. The technician will perform setup/changeovers on 5-axis horizontal mills. A setup will require the technician to load/unload tools, change out fixtures, and run the NC program. The technician will remain at the machine assisting the operator until first piece verification. After production has begun, the technician may need to assist the operator with any issues they encounter. The technician will also be responsible for staging tooling for each job, including loading tools with heat-shrink equipment, balancing, and pre-setting the length.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Effective and respectful communication with colleagues, vendors, contractors, and management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma and technical training preferred
