Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CNC programming certification.
• 1–2 years of CNC programming, setup and operation experience.
• Ability to read drawings and work instructions.
• Strong communication and English language skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Distribute assigned work or jobs within the department.
• Oversee/Direct department employees and activities.
• Ensure consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality at assigned work location.
• Advanced knowledge of Plex (ERP system) to ensure accurate system information/reporting.
• Resolve production or employee issues within the areas of responsibility.
• Support Lean Manufacturing/5S and safety rules.
• Train machine operators on CNC operations from entry level to advanced.
• Program and maintain CNC programming for CNC milling machines and lathes.
• Test completed tools and machining programs to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex machining problems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
