You will interpret blueprints, set offsets, load materials, and collaborate with fabrication teams to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders to develop machining and cutting programs.
• Program and operate CNC cutting equipment to produce parts with precision and consistency.
• Load materials, set offsets, make program adjustments, and ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication processes, making adjustments to improve performance and accuracy.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine upkeep on CNC machines and related equipment.
• Work closely with fabrication teams and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
