Barnhart is seeking a CNC Cutting Technician to translate engineering drawings into high-quality fabrications using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. You will program, load, and adjust cutting operations while ensuring parts meet exact specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders to develop machining and cutting programs.
• Program and operate CNC cutting equipment to produce parts with precision and consistency.
• Load materials, set offsets, make program adjustments, and ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication processes, making adjustments to improve performance and accuracy.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine upkeep on CNC machines and related equipment.
• Work closely with fabrication teams and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
