Job summary

AVNA is a precision stamping and machining specialist seeking a CNC Swiss Set-Up Operator with at least five years' experience. You will set up and run multiple CNC Swiss machines, inspect own parts, keep accurate machine logs, and make tool changes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong tooling knowledge, blueprint reading, tolerance gauging, problem solving, good communication, and strict adherence to 5S and safety.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience setting up and running CNC Swiss machines.
• Strong tooling concepts and machining practices.
• Troubleshooting and debugging processes.
• Blueprint reading, production gauging, and tolerances.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges.
