This is not an operator‑only position. You will have responsibility for taking new jobs from engineering print through programming, complete setup, prove‑out, first article, and repeatable production. Your decisions involving tooling, speeds and feeds, cycle time, and process stability will directly affect the department’s success.

A strong backlog provides steady production demand, while substantial overtime is available for machinists who want additional hours.
Machines: Citizen and Tsugami CNC Swiss machines
Machining: Multi‑axis CNC Swiss turning and production machining
Inspection: Micrometers, calipers, indicators, and applicable precision gauges
Technical requirements: Blueprint reading, GD&T, tooling selection, offsets, speeds and feeds, first‑article inspection, and process optimization
Experience with either Citizen or Tsugami Swiss machines is required. Experience with both platforms is a plus.
