Job summary

Advance CNC Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss & Mill Turn Setup Machinist for an aerospace and defense-focused shop in Grove City, OH. The role spans setup through production, ensuring high-precision parts and repeatable processes.

You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, program and set up complex machines, and support operators during runs while contributing to a high-performance team. A robust benefits package and sign-on bonus accompany the role.

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus — $2,500 at 90 Days + $2,500 at 6 Months + $2,500 at 1 year

What You’ll Do

As an experienced Setup Machinist, you'll be responsible for setting up complex CNC machining jobs and making sure they're ready to produce quality parts consistently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up CNC Swiss & Mill Turn for production
• Creating first article parts for verification
• Supporting CNC Operators during production runs

What You Bring
