Qualifications

• Two to five years of manufacturing machining experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules and quality policies.
• Read and follow job travelers and documentation.
• Make offsets with no supervision.
• Edit programs with no supervision.
• Perform mechanical inspection using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and pin gauges with CMM/vision systems.
• Complete first part with Level III or IV verification.
• Identify issues with setup sheets and review verification levels.
• Perform visual inspection with unaided eye and magnification.
• Perform GD&T inspection with various gaging tools.
• Ensure segregation, identification and reporting of non-conforming product.
• Interpret CMM reports to identify required process changes.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.

P&F Machining, Inc., in Otsego, Minnesota is seeking CNC Swiss Machinist II, for our first shift, that will produce product using CNC Swiss equipment consisting of Citizen L12; L20; L32, Tsugami S206-II, Traub TNL 20 and Star SD26-E to P&F standards and customer specifications. Essential Functions:

* All essential functions must be performed in an efficient manner.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Basic to intermediate understanding of GD&T.
* Follow documented procedures and standards.
* Interpret feature of size requirements on blueprints.
* Effective user of ERP system and Microsoft Office software.
* Operate CMM and other automated inspection equipment with direction.
* Ability to keep accurate records.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and accurately perform duties in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
* Must demonstrate problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Education:
High school diploma required.

Background:
2 to 5 years of manufacturing machining experience.
