A leading precision tools manufacturer in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist to set up and operate Tornos Deco and Citizen Swiss machines. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in CNC Swiss machining and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in CNC Swiss machining required.
• Must have work stability with no short-term stints.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC machines.
• Perform first article inspections and resolve maintenance issues.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Assist in training machinists and maintaining documentation.
• Use calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators for precision checks.
• Assist in training machinists and maintaining accurate documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and perform first article inspections on Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine maintenance & quality issues
• Ensure production goals & quality standards are met
• Work closely with a team to improve processes & efficiency
• Use calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators for precision checks
• Assist in training machinists and maintaining accurate documentation

What You Need to Apply:

• Education: High School Diploma (HS Diploma), GED, or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in CNC Swiss machining (MUST)
• Work Stability: 5+ years tenure at previous companies (No short-term stints or contractors)
• Strong communication skills & ability to follow complex instructions
• US Citizens or Green Card Holders ONLY
