Busch Products, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up and run stone-cutting equipment for countertops. This full-time role includes Monday–Friday work with occasional overtime and room for growth.

You will examine specifications from blueprints, load material with overhead cranes, and align countertops to lasers for precise cuts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and CNC/fabrication experience, plus strong measuring skills, attention to detail,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in CNC, pro-edge or related fabrication machinery desirable.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC machines to cut and shape stone for countertops according to specifications.
• Examine order specifications using blueprints to determine machine adjustments and setup requirements.
• Load material on CNC machine using overhead cranes.
• Align countertops to lasers for set up of machine.
• Load job files into machine.
• Use calipers to measure thickness of stone.
• Inspect completed work pieces for defects and verify conformance to specs.
• Perform minor CNC machine maintenance and keep area safe and orderly.
