Job summary

DN Solutions America is seeking a CNC Spindle Repair Technician responsible for disassembly, inspection, repair and testing of high-speed spindles used in CNC equipment. This role includes hands-on machining and travel for field service.

You will follow procedures, use precision metrology tools, document repairs, and coordinate with engineering and customer teams to meet factory standards and customer expectations. Strong attention to detail and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or systems engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild spindles to meet delivery schedules and standards.
• Follow procedures and reliability testing protocols to ensure spindle performance.
• Perform precision machining using manual lathe and grinder.
• Independently diagnose faults using test equipment and spindle knowledge.
• Use blueprints, manuals and diagrams to guide disassembly and reassembly.
• Plan and initiate corrective actions for recurring defects.
• Coordinate repairs with engineering, service teams.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and communications with customers.
• Travel on short notice for field service jobs.
• Rig and handle industrial equipment safely.
• Support spindle rebuild sales through technical support.
