AMBAC International is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the CNC Department in Elgin, SC. This hands-on leadership role directs CNC machining, grinding, and honing operations to sustain quality and efficiency.

You will supervise a skilled team, drive daily performance, and mentor staff using standard processes while collaborating with other departments. Join a company with ESOP, profit-sharing, and a 4-day schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience with metal CNC machining, grinding or honing required.
• Lean manufacturing and 5S knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma required; technical/associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support CNC machinists, grinders, and technicians.
• Monitor daily performance for safe, accurate and efficient work.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees using standard processes.
• Collaborate across departments to support scheduling and workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S environment; drive continuous improvement.
• Represent AMBAC culture and values with consistency.
