Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Machine Operator for our York Haven, PA facility. The role involves setting up and operating CNC sheet metal fabrication equipment, including press brakes, laser cutters, and punch presses, to produce high-quality components while upholding safety standards.

Two shifts are available: 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:30 PM–1:30 AM) and 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM), with OT as needed and training on day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Ability to set up and run press brakes, lasers, and punch presses.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes, laser cutting machines, and punch presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Support other sheet metal fabrication operations as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
