Job summary

High Steel Service Center in Lancaster, PA, is hiring a Multi-Cut Blanking Line Machine Operator on the 2nd shift. The role requires strong mechanical ability and precision in measurements, with training possible on the 1st shift for 3–6 months before moving to the 2nd shift.

Starting pay is at least $22/hour plus a $3/hour shift differential; overtime may be available on Fridays and occasional Saturdays. Excellent benefits and a stable full-time position are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical ability is required.
• Excellent math, measurement, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (overhead crane, side loader, forklift).
• Computer literacy to maintain inventory records and light data entry.
• Knowledge of coil processing is preferred.
