Job summary

OnePointe Solutions in Elgin, TX is seeking a programmer for sheet metal nesting on CNC punch and laser machines. You will maximize sheet utilization, verify tooling clearances, and ensure part accuracy against BOM quantities while collaborating with machine operators to resolve programming issues.

Experience with Amada equipment and Dr. Abe programming software is a plus; ISO 9001 compliance familiarity helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with Amada equipment and Dr. Abe programming software preferred.
• ISO 9001 compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program part nests using CAD/CAM software.
• Check programs for accuracy before releasing to production floor.
• Maintain stored part programs and revisions; reprogram as needed.
• Assist in correcting machine operation issues and part reworks.
• Assist with material and tooling inventory.
• Perform tasks safely and maintain clean work area.
