Job summary

Waupaca Foundry in Wisconsin seeks a hands-on CNC Machinist to set up and calibrate CNC equipment, load materials, and verify alignment for precision parts. You will monitor cycles, adjust parameters, and perform basic maintenance while ensuring safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining and reading blueprints.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintain quality.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate CNC machines to meet specifications.
• Load materials, secure workholding, verify alignment for accuracy.
• Monitor machining cycles and adjust offsets as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Record production metrics and report concerns to supervision.
