Waupaca Foundry is seeking a CNC Setup Operator for the 3rd shift. The role involves setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machines and related material handling systems. You will conduct quality checks and uphold safety standards, while supporting TPM and tool changes.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years CNC experience, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools. Forklift and crane operation may be required.

This position is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and minor troubleshooting of CNC machines/robots/material handling systems. The role will also be accountable for quality checks, 6S, and most importantly, exceeding safety expectations.
