Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining/setup experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• Knowledge of CNC tooling and machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and edit CNC programs for lathes, Swiss machines, and mills.
• Use shop orders, routings, and blueprints to perform setups.
• Install and secure tooling; set speeds and feeds.
• Operate CNC machines and monitor production for quality and efficiency.
• Inspect first-run and in-process parts for spec compliance.
• Document in-process inspections and quality checks.
