Staffmark Group is hiring a CNC Operator in Montpelier, OH. You will set up and operate CNC lathes, read blueprints, and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have CNC lathe setup and operation experience, familiarity with GD&T, and strong math/documentation skills. Prior use of Okuma, Mazak, or Mori machines is preferred. This role is on-site in Montpelier, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T principles required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to produce quality parts.
• Perform in-process inspections and report quality concerns.
