Qualifications

• 5–8 years in CNC machine operation or setup.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Familiar with G-code fundamentals and CNC machining processes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup: mount and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines.
• Load, edit, and adjust CNC programs (G-code) for production sequences.
• Conduct first piece inspections and adjust offsets as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and optimize speeds/feeds.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain setup sheets, production logs, and quality reports.
