Responsibilities

• Mount and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines.
• Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) for proper sequences.
• Run first pieces and measure with micrometers/calipers; adjust as needed.
• Monitor machines to detect wear, adjust speeds/feeds, resolve errors.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep logs and reports.
• Maintain setup sheets and quality inspection records.
