Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of CNC set-up and programming experience.
• Experience with HURCO/DMG-Mori machines preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and blueprint reading.

Aufgaben

• Program mills by entering instructions and setting zero/reference points using Power Mill.
• Set tool registers, offsets, compensation, and switches based on calculations.
• Install and adjust tools, attachments, and vices on mills.
• Monitor operations to maintain specifications and troubleshoot in real time.
• Ensure safety and quality by following ISO 9001 and PPE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and assist other production tasks as needed.
