FastTrack Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC programmer/machinist in Michigan to set up and program CNC machines for precision parts. You will monitor equipment during production and perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

The role requires experience with G & M codes, Mazatrol, and the ability to upload/download programs, edit repeat jobs, and read blueprints with basic measuring tools. Safety and accuracy are essential in this drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• 2 years of programming experience is required.
• Independent set ups are expected.
• Experience operating CNC machines is required.

Responsabilités

• Set up and program CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Monitor production equipment and perform regular quality checks.
• Perform first part inspection.
• Upload/download programs and edit repeat jobs as needed.
• Read basic blueprints and interpret bubble/interpretive drawings.
• Use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges and height gauges.
• Make tool and insert changes, replace tooling and adjust offsets.
