Job summary

Krueger Bearings, Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate complex machining centers to produce precision components from setup through final operation. You will interpret blueprints with GD&T, verify programs, optimize cutting conditions, and troubleshoot to improve processes while maintaining strict quality standards.

Collaboration with Programmers, Engineers, and Production is key.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of CNC machining experience.
  • Experience setting up and operating complex CNC machining centers.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical degree or apprenticeship in Precision Machining
  • Experience with low volume production and multiple job set-ups
  • Experience machining high-precision components
  • Ability to program and operate 5-axis CNC equipment is a plus
  • Mastercam software experience is a plus
