Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Setup/Operator.
• Experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to set up machine for production.
• Set up job according to specifications or work order.
• Follow blueprints to produce the required quantity of parts.
• Follow safety rules for CNC machine operation and guarding.
• Move raw material to machine area and load into machine.
• Move machined parts to boxes or pallets.
• Ensure parts meet basic quality standards prior to inspection.
• Perform routine CNC machine maintenance and keep area clean.
• Support the Precise Quality Management System and AS9100.
