IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Skilled CNC Setup Operator in Kiel, WI. The candidate will set up and operate CNC machines, run production, and inspect parts to ensure quality on a variety of jobs.

Pay is $24-25/hr with a 4-day work week and stable full-time hours. The role requires blueprint literacy, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a machine shop environment.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or 2–3 years CNC setup experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Commitment to safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery and tooling.
• Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture parts.
• Inspect machined products to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Maintain production paperwork and documentation.
• Develop processes and tooling from blueprints.
• Perform preventive and routine machine maintenance.
• Train and assist new and current employees as needed.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
