Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a CNC Machinist in Leander, TX. The role requires setting up and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment to produce production and prototype parts under tight deadlines.

Candidates must have 3+ years in machining and CNC work, be proficient with blueprints and metrology tools (calipers/micrometers), and able to interpret schematics. Knowledge of Haas/DMG Mori/Mazak controls is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years machining experience required.
• 3 years CNC experience required.
• Must read/write; basic–intermediate math.
• Able to read blueprints/schematics.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to use calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis lathes/mills.
• Produce production and prototype parts with minimal supervision.
• Review work orders for part specs and specs.
• Set up tooling and fixtures independently.
• Perform periodic inspections to verify tolerances.
