Job summary

Trotter Workforce is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to operate and set up high-precision machines in a West Chester facility. The role focuses on producing medical device components, reading blueprints, and maintaining tight tolerances through careful inspection and measurement.

You will run multi-axis Haas/Mazak equipment, perform changeovers, follow established programs, and troubleshoot issues to avoid crashes while supporting daily production in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Experience with Mazak Integrex 5-axis or Star Swiss machines.
• Experience supporting changeovers and production.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines independently using setup sheets.
• Run first piece and confirm part meets print.
• Inspecting parts to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Following established programs and supporting daily product in a regulated environment.
• Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components.
• Reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and avoid crashes.
