Job summary

You will set up and run CNC machines, read blueprints, select tooling, verify dimensions with calipers and micrometers, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement in a cleanroom-adjacent

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation.
• Select tooling and perform offset adjustments.
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
