Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced CNC leader to guide a team of 10–15 machinists in a fast-paced, high-precision shop. You will perform machine setups, troubleshoot workflows, and ensure parts meet strict tolerances, while staying hands-on with complex machining.

Qualifications

• Several years of CNC machining experience with setup responsibilities.
• Mentored, trained or led shop personnel in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to read blueprints and apply GD&T concepts.
• Familiar with micrometers, calipers and indicators for inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 10–15 machinists on the production floor.
• Perform machine setups and assist with troubleshooting to maintain workflow.
• Interpret drawings and specs to guide production.
• Ensure parts meet tight dimensional tolerances with precision tools.
• Promote quality, safety, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Monitor production performance and drive process consistency.
