Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking CNC Operators for our Turning/Swiss Department. Openings on first and second shifts, with the first shift running from 5:45am to 2:15pm, Monday through Friday.

Operators will read blueprints and GD&T, set up machines, adjust tooling, and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges. They will follow ISO/QS quality standards and complete required paperwork daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years machining experience preferred.
• Apprenticeships or formal training acceptable.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machinery to print specifications.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect parts for defects.
• Verify conformance using micrometers, calipers and go-no-go gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints including GD&T.
• Read Job Traveler for workpiece counts and operation sequence.
• Perform machine startup and tooling changes; basic setup.
