Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled CNC Operator in Escondido, CA to ensure precision in manufacturing. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay rate of $22–$25 per hour.

You will read blueprints, set up CNC machines, inspect parts, and collaborate with the team while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus CNC experience or technical certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming (G-code experience is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
