Randstad USA in Exton, PA is seeking CNC Operator or CNC Machinist to join our client on a first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with overtime. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $78,000 per year, depending on experience. Minimum 3 years in a production environment and ability to read blueprints are required. This role supports heavy manufacturing and precision machining efforts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Exposure to Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machine.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts in a production environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Inspect parts for conformance to tight tolerances.
• Manage multiple machines simultaneously to meet production targets.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Operate Mazak lathes or machining centers and, if applicable, Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machines.

Our client located in Exton, PA is inviting CNC Operator or CNC Machinists to apply today! CNC Opening Monday - Friday Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM with overtime available! $26-38/hr based on level of machining experience. The ideal candidate will come with a mininum of 3 years experience working as a CNC Operator or Machinist in a production/manufacturing envrionment.

Responsibilities

• 1–3 years CNC machining experience in a production environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances
• Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously
• attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Experience with Mazak lathes or machining centers
• Exposure to Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machine

The essential functions of this role include.

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
