(Includes base pay of $30.00–$35.00/hour plus a 15% shift premium.)

The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Southampton, PA.

This facility produces precision aerospace components from aluminum, stainless steel, and magnesium using modern 4 and 5-axis machining centers. Parts range from hand-sized components to approximately 2' x 2' and require exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Second Shift focuses on keeping production running efficiently after jobs have been released. While setups are occasionally required, the primary responsibility is maintaining process control, troubleshooting machining issues, making offsets, and ensuring quality production throughout the shift.

What You'll Be Doing

CNC Production & Troubleshooting

• Perform machine setups as production requires
• Load and verify CNC programs
• Make offsets and process adjustments
• Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues
• Maintain efficient production throughout the shift
• Support multiple machining centers as needed

Inspection & Quality

• Perform in-process inspections
• Complete first article inspections when required
• Verify parts meet blueprint specifications
• Hold tolerances to ±0.001"

Production Support

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
