Encore Technologies in Southampton, PA is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will perform complete machine setups on 4- and 5-axis centers, validate programs, and conduct first article inspections to ensure production readiness.

Load programs, install tooling and fixtures, make offsets, and work with Engineering and Quality to hold ±0.001" tolerances on precision parts.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Southampton, PA.

This facility produces precision aerospace components from aluminum, stainless steel, and magnesium using modern 4 and 5-axis machining centers. Parts range from hand-sized components to approximately 2' x 2' and require exceptional attention to detail and quality.

First Shift plays a critical role in introducing new jobs into production. Working closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality, you'll perform machine setups, validate programs, complete first article inspections, and ensure jobs are production-ready before moving into full production.

What You'll Be Doing

CNC Setup & Production

• Perform complete machine setups
