Now Hiring: Machinist II – Precision Manufacturing

Location: Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA

Full-Time | 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer of high-precision components used in aerospace and other high-tech sectors. We’re seeking a skilled Machinist II with hands-on CNC machining experience, especially in producing complex, lightweight, honeycomb-structured parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to machine precision components
• Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T to meet strict tolerances
• Machine various materials including metals, plastics, and composites
• Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to ensure product quality and minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and tool calibration
• Follow all safety and cleanroom protocols where required
  
  
  

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience (setup and operation required; programming is a plus)
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical specs, and GD&T
• Strong knowledge of machining practices, inspection techniques, and quality standards
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision manufacturing environments
