Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a CNC Set-Up II in Golden, CO to load and adjust preset CNC programs, and run multi-axis machines to produce quality parts. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; not required.
• Two years CNC manufacturing experience; three years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up multi-axis CNC machinery by loading preset programs or modifying simple programs.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce compliant parts per work instructions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine set-up and production methods.
• Inspect parts for defects during in-process inspection and adjust as needed.
• Perform basic machine maintenance such as changing coolants and filters; keep area clean.
• Train incoming CNC Set-up personnel on processes and procedures.
