Qualifikationen

• Independent technical expert with minimal supervision.
• From print to finished part, responsible for end-to-end process ownership.
• Write or heavily modify CNC programs.
• Troubleshoot complex machining issues.
• Mentor lower-level machinists.

Aufgaben

• Complete process ownership: build manufacturing processes from blueprint to finished part.
• Programming & Editing: write or heavily modify CNC programs using G-code or CAM software.
• Advanced Machinery & Flexibility: operate, set up, and run all shop equipment, including 3-Axis V Mills, 4-Axis HMills, turning centers, HBM/VBM.
• Technical Mastery: strong mechanical knowledge, GD&T, metallurgy, and advanced inspection techniques.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: solve complex issues regarding part geometry and fixturing.
