Job summary

Bellmont Cabinets in Sumner, WA is seeking a skilled Sawyer to join our Machining Department, operating CNC saws to produce cabinet components with precision and efficiency.

You will work on a day shift, feed material, inspect quality, and maintain equipment while collaborating with team members to meet daily goals and uphold safety and craftsmanship. Comprehensive training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience with saw operation or CNC machining is preferred but willingness to learn is valued.
• Ability to address common cutting issues to ensure clean cuts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; team lift required for heavier items.
• Comfort reading production schedules and computer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Feed material into the saw to accurately cut cabinet components.
• Clean and maintain your machine and workspace for safety and quality.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and take corrective actions.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals while upholding quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to support production flow and improve efficiency.
• Share ideas for process improvements and ownership of outcomes.
