You will program, set up, and operate CNC routers, interpret drawings, optimize tool paths, and collaborate with designers and shop staff to ensure high-quality components and on-time production. Safety and neat work areas are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with custom cabinetry production.
• Knowledge of nested-based manufacturing workflows.
• Background in cabinet assembly or finish carpentry.
• Experience maintaining CNC equipment and shop tools.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam).

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC routers for cabinet production.
• Interpret drawings and cut lists to create accurate CNC programs.
• Optimize tool paths, feeds, and speeds for efficiency and material conservation.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, tool changes, and routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
