Job summary

Foamcraft in Goshen, IN is seeking a CNC Operator to feed, monitor, and adjust computer-controlled saws that shape foam. You will work with multiple saw types and follow safety rules while keeping production targets in sight.

No prior CNC experience is required; training is provided. A positive attitude, basic math, and ability to read a tape measure help you succeed in a team-driven, air-conditioned shop.

About the Role

Our CNC Operators are responsible for inputting commands and monitoring the process needed for computer-controlled saws to manufacture the foam. We utilize multiple saw types, including CNC saws. This is considered "light" manufacturing and we will provide training.

• Cutting foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.
• Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
• Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
• Observing all safety rules and regulations.
