Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing (machining preferred; 10+ years is a strong plus).
• Proven success prospecting, negotiating, and closing in industrial B2B.
• Fluency reading complex prints, procedures, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Demonstrated DFM capability for CNC‑machined components.
• Hands‑on ERP experience (Vista preferred) and readiness to learn our systems.

Responsibilities

• Review open order reports and production meetings updates each morning.
• Move into calls with customers to confirm schedules and align expectations.
• Analyze a new drawing applying GD&T/DFM to suggest a tweak that improves machinability and cost.
• Advance RFQs, issue a PO to a subcontractor, and sync with suppliers on lead times.
• Log into Vista ERP to update order status and align bookings with capacity.
