Job summary

L&H Companies is seeking a full-time CNC Router/Water Jet Operator to join our manufacturing team in Reading, PA. The role involves setting up and running Multicam routers and Flow water jet machinery while interpreting blueprints and maintaining quality.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of CNC experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow SOPs. Expect a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, production, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of CNC machinery operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willing to work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Set up and run Multicam routers and Flow water jet machinery.
• Interpret blueprints (SolidWorks and Corel Draw preferred).
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet print specifications.
• Complete maintenance tasks on a regular schedule.
• Process required transactions in KIMCO and Power Apps.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
• Perform additional duties as required.

L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time CNC Router/Water Jet Operator to join our team.

Primary duties and qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment. (WPO)


• Working knowledge of various materials such as Aluminum, Poly Carb, Acrylic, etc.


• Set-Up and run Multicam routers and Flow water jet machinery.


• Blueprint interpretation skills are a must. (SolidWorks and Corel Draw preferred)


• Perform quality checks as needed. Ensure parts are to print specifications.


• Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance task specified on the checklist.


• Perform required transactions in KIMCO and Power Apps.


• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies as documented in the employee handbook.


• Perform additional duties as required.
