SUMMARYSHIELD, a Kansas City area manufacturer, is seeking a CNC Operator for on-site, full-time work. You will set up and operate CNC routers, inspect parts for quality, and collaborate with the team to solve production challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience with reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and a safety-conscious mindset. Overtime and Saturday work may be available; dependable attendance and precise workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC routers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient with measurement tools and geometric concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC routers.
• Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance.
• Work safely in a fabrication shop and handle material appropriately.
• Submit time sheets, PTO requests, and all other necessary forms and communication on time and accurately.
• Fulfill other production and shop related duties as needed.
