Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate a4x8 CNC router.
• Create and modify toolpaths using CAM software.
• Cut and machine EVA foam, acrylic, Starboard (HDPE), aluminum.
• Select tooling, feeds, and speeds for each material.
• Perform material setup, fixturing, and work holding.
• Conduct quality checks for dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and CAD files.
• Collaborate with service advisors, customers, and vendors to optimize production.
