Job summary

RANDALL Offsite Construction is seeking a skilled CNC Onsrud Router Table Operator/Programmer to join our Apopka, FL team. You will program, set up, and operate CNC router equipment to produce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CNC routing experience, proficiency with CAD/CAM software, and the ability to read blueprints. You will work with engineering and production to optimize processes and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating and programming CNC router tables (Onsrud preferred).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, EnRoute, AlphaCAM, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
