3form is seeking a Press Operator II on the second shift to join our production team. This role operates press equipment to meet safety standards and production targets while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience, be detail oriented, able to read instructions, and willing to work overtime and weekends. High school diploma or GED required; team-focused and committed to a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions of Press Lead, Supervisor, and Manager.
• Work in a two-man team to build products.
• Follow SOPs for setup, production operations, and safety protocols.
• Meeting or exceeding efficiency and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe factory.
• Adhere to all company rules, policy, and guidelines.
