Qualifications

• Operate CNC router and machine parts to drawings.
• Read blueprints and verify dimensions.
• Design and fabricate fixturing for setups.
• Assist with tooling, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Improve cycle times and processes through continuous improvements.
• Provide input on run times and fixturing requirements.
• Verify conformance to dimensions and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC router to produce parts per blueprints.
• Machine parts to customer specifications from drawings.
• Design and manufacture fixturing for production.
• Assist with setup, tooling, and troubleshooting.
• Work to continually improve cycle times and tooling.
• Provide input on machine run times and fixturing needs.
• Verify tolerances and dimensions of finished parts.
